How long will it take for my coffee and merchandise to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.
Does the Dutch Bros Shop ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our reach to international fans in the future.
What is your return policy for apparel and drinkware?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused drinkware within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans or food products.
How can I ensure my coffee beans stay fresh?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the quality of the beans.
Can I use a Dutch Bros gift card for online shop purchases?
Currently, physical and digital gift cards are only valid for purchases at our physical beverage locations. They cannot be used for online merchandise or coffee bean orders at this time.
